Anita visits the community-owned pub, which is also the local café, art gallery and post office in the village of Bamford.The Anglers Rest is home to a number of active groups who make the most of exploring the surrounding countryside - and where better to walk than Stanage Edge! Anita meets the locals who helped rescue and restore the pub, once again making it the hub of the community.

Helen heads out for a spot of rock climbing at High Neb on Stanage Edge. 

Showing her the ropes is 82-year-old pub local Pete Townsend and his two climbing buddies Krystle and Oli. 

While they scale the sheer rock face, Helen finds out why Pete chooses to hang off a rock rather than play golf! 

It may be an arduous climb but the team are rewarded with a breath-taking view when they get to the top....now they just need to get back down.  

As we head towards the UK's departure from the EU, Tom looks at how ready our political leaders are to deliver its new domestic policy on food and farming.He meets the farmers worried about the proposed new subsidy scheme that focuses on delivering environmental improvements and paying "public money for public goods".And he meets Environment Secretary Theresa Villiers to find out the UK government's position on securing food standards in any future trade deals. 

Sean meets up with Luke Osborne, who collaborates with local farmers and food producers to offer the very best of regional Derbyshire produce in a supermarket style home-delivery service. 

Sean heads out with Luke in his van to collect some special ingredients from two of his trusted local suppliers that are needed for a party back at the pub later . 

First stop is the historic Caudwells Mill. Here Sean tries his hand at grinding his own flour before heading off to a local farm to collect some freshly pressed rapeseed oil.

This year the Anglers Rest in Bamford is celebrating its 150th birthday and, to celebrate, the village has commissioned a special piece of artwork.

The artist behind it is Sue Prince, whose work is inspired by the concept of community. 

Using ancient painting techniques, Sue creates impressive historical panels, which she describes as the Bayeux Tapestry meets Swedish folk art! 

Anita meets Sue at her studio where she finds out that to make the right paint you first need to break a few eggs.
